Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Leverio ("we") handles data in the automations, bots and integrations we build and operate (the "Service"), including our internal automation server at ops.leverio.dev.
1. Data we process
- Booking and contact details people send to bots we operate: name, phone number, requested service, preferred date and time, and message text.
- Google account data, only where the account owner connects it: Google Sheets (to add booking rows) and Google Calendar (to read busy time slots).
- Technical logs of automation runs, kept for up to 14 days for troubleshooting.
2. How we use it
Only to provide the Service: answer questions, record bookings, check availability and notify the business administrator. We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or use Google user data to train AI models.
3. Google user data
Leverio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access is limited to the spreadsheets and calendars needed for the Service and can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
4. Service providers
We use: Hetzner (server hosting, EU), Cloudflare (network security), Anthropic (AI processing of message text), Google (Sheets, Calendar) and Telegram (messaging). They process data only as needed to run the Service.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored on servers in the European Union. Access is protected by encryption in transit, encrypted credential storage, two-factor authentication and restricted network access.
6. Retention
Booking records are kept while needed by the business they were made for. Run logs are deleted after 14 days. You can request deletion at any time.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the rights provided by the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
